Stop "it is not working"

When you are in a team you face many issues that must be communicated best. In technical communication the sentence "It is not working!" is very general and sometimes misleading.

Think you are communicating with 3rd party organization for an issue, so never say "It is not working" because it will make the 3rd party ask again "What do you mean by not working".

So instead you can communicate the error, issue, log, or the result you get back, or in a nasty case, you can post a screenshot. It will make more sense and it will make easy the communication process.
